Appraisal Ally is built and supported by a small team in Colorado Springs. Here's when you can expect a reply — and what to do off-hours.

- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Central. Closed on US federal holidays. Emails sent overnight are answered first thing the next business day.
- Response SLA
- We reply to every email, monitored Monday through Friday. Most messages get a reply the same day on weekdays. Trial customers get the same treatment as paying customers — no second tier.
