Anow's CSV export covers most operational data — orders, clients, AMCs, fees. We import it via the wizard. Per-appraiser config (Dropbox/Drive folder paths, engagement-letter settings) is rebuilt during the walkthrough since Anow doesn't structure that data the same way. From kickoff to sunset, here's the entire migration timeline. Most multi-appraiser firms are running live in Appraisal Ally inside two weeks, with a 30-day parallel run so nothing gets dropped.

  1. 01

    Kickoff call (15 min)

    We walk through your current stack, your office shape (solo, paired, shared), and what data lives where. We send you the export checklist for your source.

  2. 02

    CSV export from source

    You pull the exports from Anow, Appraisal Inbox, or your spreadsheet. We send you a one-page checklist with exactly which files we need.

  3. 03

    Appraisal Ally import

    We map columns, normalize fee structures, match clients and AMCs, and load the data into your workspace. You watch the dry-run.

  4. 04

    Walkthrough call

    A scheduled call with our team. Together we configure workflow stages, per-appraiser settings, integrations, and your team roster.

  5. 05

    Parallel run (about 30 days)

    Keep your old system running alongside Appraisal Ally — we plan on roughly a 30-day parallel run, and you can extend it as long as you like. Side-by-side until your team is comfortable. No pressure, no cutover panic.

  6. 06

    Sunset the old system

    When you're ready, you cancel the old tool. We'll help you archive a final export so nothing's lost.
